"Sandstone Flow" is part of my Uncovered series and was s inspired by the sandstone rock formations in Utah's Arches National Park.  Arches is one of my favorite places in the world to visit and I have returned many times over the years. 

In my Uncovered series, I intentionally leave parts of the birch panel exposed—it’s not just a design choice, but a metaphor. To me, it represents the courage it takes to be open and honest about what we’re going through. Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes showing our raw, unpolished selves can feel vulnerable. But I believe that in those exposed places, we find connection, understanding, and healing. When we allow ourselves to be seen by those we trust, we create space for shared stories, support, and growth.
