Hi, I’m McCory (yes, that is my first name)

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a desire to capture and share the beauty of the world God created around me - whether it be the face of a stranger, the shape of a building, or the awesomeness of nature.

My artistic journey began in Montana, capturing life on our farm with an old camera and selling handcrafted wood burnings door-to-door. In college, a black-and-white photography class deepened my passion.

A job with an international company in my 20s took me to Europe, where I spent my free time exploring cities through my lens. This led to displaying my work in coffee shops and, ultimately, opening my own photography studio in 2002.

Now, while running my studio, I’m pursuing more art education and exploring painting, continuing to evolve as an artist.
